SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you opt something from our website or application, as part of the buying and selling product or service process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our application or company or website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing : With your permission, we may send you emails about our application or website, new products, services and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We use cookies to maintain the session of your user. It is not used to personally identify you on other websites.

Refund Policy

Returns

Refunds are granted only when Washefy is not able to provide the booked service due to unforeseen situations. Customers need to request a refund within 24 hours from the time of the booked service. Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days through the original mode of payment.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a booking 12 hours before a scheduled service without cancellation charges. Cancellation less than 12 hours to the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation charge. No refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation in-service or after service, or no-show.

REFUND/CANCELLATION:

The Service booking order cannot be cancelled on the date of issue of service, minimum service charges i.e. 20% of total payment will be deducted if done so.

COUPONS, DISCOUNTS AND GIFT CARDS:

Coupons codes, if any available should be applied before the services are booked. No discounts or coupons will be entertained after the issue of

service or at the time of payment.

Terms of Service

By booking a service with Washefy, customers agree to our terms and rates.

Customers are advised to ensure that their car is ready for servicing on the date given.

Washefy does not entertain any previous damage to the car.

Service times will not be the same due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are respectfully advised to remove valuables from the car before service.
